entitled "Do We Exist?" is where we start getting into the meat of the mystery.

The principal philosophical conclusion we reach is that we cannot - definitively - answer the question. What we are forced to conclude is that we are obliged to trust our senses and to test what we think they are telling us. The success or failure of the tests determine - and even define - whether any of our beliefs are rational.
