The War On Drugs deserves its own because it's far more important than most people realise. It represents the peak of the Global Authoritarian Consensus. The more you investigate it, the less legitimate it becomes. And that, in turn, exposes the illegitimacy of Authoritarian government generally. Which is why it's so important. Defeating the Drug Warriors will constitute the first breach in the Dam. It will make obvious to large and currently ignorant swathes of the population how dishonest governments always have been and how this mechanism of social management is inherently dangerous and untrustworthy.
